Paid reports
- Once a full report has been generated for your purchased address, the fee is generally non-refundable, because the GIS lookups and corpus assembly have already been performed.
- If we cannot produce a report because the address is outside covered jurisdictions, or a checkout error charged you without delivering access, you will receive a full refund or credit at our option.
- If a report contains a clear factual error attributable to our assembly (not to an upstream government dataset), contact support within 7 days; we may re-run, credit, or refund at our discretion.
Stub / test checkouts
Local and staging stub payments are not real charges. No refund applies.
Admin waived runs
$0 admin/tester runs are not purchases; no refund applies.
